    摘要:

    心血管疾病(CVD)是循环系统疾病的统称,尽管近几十年来CVD在临床研究和治疗方面已取得重大进展,但其仍是全世界高发病率和死亡率的主要疾病。CVD进程中炎症、纤维化等促进了心肌细胞(CM)的凋亡,成熟的CM缺乏损伤后修复及再生的能力,这无疑阻碍了CVD治疗的进展。近年来,人诱导多能干细胞(hiPSC)的发现推动了人类多种疾病的体外研究,为CVD潜在分子机制的探索提供了新方向,hiPSC衍生的CM更是为心肌的修复提供了广阔前景。本文结合近年相关文献,就hiPSC在CVD中的作用及研究现状作一综述。

    Abstract:

    Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a collective term for circulatory system diseases. Although CVD has made great progress in clinical research and treatment in recent decades, it is still the main disease with high morbidity and mortality in the world. Inflammation, fibrosis, etc. in CVD process promote the apoptosis of cardiomyocyte (CM), and mature CM lacks the ability to repair and regenerate after injury, which undoubtedly hinders the progress of CVD treatment.In recent years, the discovery of human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) has promoted the in vitro research of various human diseases, and provided a new direction for exploring the potential molecular mechanism of CVD. CM derived from hiPSC has provided a broad prospect for myocardial repair. In this paper, the role and research status of hiPSC in CVD are reviewed based on the related literatures in recent years.
