    摘要:

    巨噬细胞在动脉粥样硬化核心机制——炎症发展过程中起着重要作用。近年来,纳米技术以其独特的生物兼容及精准靶向等特点,为动脉粥样硬化的诊治提供了崭新视角。文章从动脉粥样硬化的病理机制、纳米材料靶向巨噬细胞实现动脉粥样硬化成像及巨噬细胞膜仿生纳米颗粒抗动脉粥样硬化的应用作一综述。

    Abstract:

    Macrophages play an important role in the development of inflammation, the core mechanism of atherosclerosis. In recent years, nanotechnology has provided a new perspective for the diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis with its unique characteristics of biological compatibility and precise targeting. In this paper, the pathological mechanism of atherosclerosis, the realization of atherosclerosis imaging by targeting macrophages with nanomaterials and the application of macrophage cell membrane biomimetic nanoparticles in anti-atherosclerosis were reviewed.
