    Abstract:

Proteoglycan analysis and morphometric study on the sudanophilic lesion of the aortas anatomizing in 24 hours) have been performed in 36young adults who died unexpected in fishing zone. The results were compared with that of Nanning and Peijing. The result shows that:(1)The total proteoglycan:2 113±584;heparan sulfate-proteoglycan: 81±127(23.1%);chondroitin sulfate-proteoglycan: 1 004±386(46.7%);Dermatan sulfate-chondroitin sulfate-proteoglycan:628±195 (30.2%).(2) The sudanophilic lesion of the aortic intima were obviously lighter than Nanning's and Peijing's.
