    Abstract:

Cardiovascular disease are related to arrhythmias and heart failure.A established Drosophila model for studying heart failure which provides a faster and more accurate method for a large-scale screening of heart failure-related genes in different fruit fly chromosomes may laid foundation for the further study of the pathogenesis of human cardiovascular disease. In this paper, the heart failure rate of 53 deficiency lines in the first chromosome have been studied by the model.Nine deficiency lines which show a prominent cardiac failure phenomenon have been identified that are related to the occurrence of heart failure.
