    Abstract:

Aim To discuss the importance of insulin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and adiponectin in acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods The differences and relationship of insulin,hs-CRP and adiponectin were discussed between 45 patients with ACI and 36 patients of control group. Results The expressions of hs-CRP and insulin were higher in ACI group than in control group. However, the expression of adiponectin was lower in ACI than in control group. Conclusion The increase of insulin,hs-CRP and the decrease of adiponectin exist in ACI,the expression of hs-CRP was relative with adiponectin, insulin.
