    Abstract:

    Atherosclerosis is multifactor disease,which is also the pathology basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.JAK/STAT signal pathway is strongly related to the occurrence,development,prevention and cure of atherosclerosis.The relationship between this signal pathway and its negative regulators SOCS and atherosclerosis is reviewed.
