Abstract:

Hyperhomocysteinemia has been demonstrated to be an independent risk factor of cerebrovascular disease and a new risk factor in the genesis of cognitive impairment.This article reviewed hyperhomocysteinemia in metabolism,influential factors and possible mechanism of action in cognitive disorder.
