    Abstract:

Aim To evaluate monocyte chemoatlractant protein-1 level and the relation of the vascular inflammation factor and coronary vulnerable plaque in the patients with abnormal glycometablism. Methods 86 unstable angina pectoris patients with the coronary vulnerable plaque undergoing coronary angiogram and IVUS were consecuted.36 patients with abnormal glycometablism entered the diabetes group,50 patients with no diabetes in the control group. The serum inflammation factors were tested. Results According to the patients with unstable angina pectoris, the serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) in the patients combinated with abnormal glycometablism was more than that of the control groupis. And the multiple regression analysis showed that the MCP-1 was related to the plaque square. Conclusions The unstable angina pectoris patients with abnormal glycometablism have MCP-1,moreover the latter was related to the coronary plaque volume.
