    Abstract:

Research shows that high density lipoprotein (HDL) has a certain resistance to atherosclerosis, but endothelial lipase could hydrolyse high density lipoprotein, then it would influence progression of atherosclerosis, so further discussions of the relationship among the three roles, possibly could provide the new targets for the prevention of atherosclerosis related disease.
