    Abstract:

    Fibroblast growth factor-21(FGF-21) is a major regulator of glycolipid metabolism, which has great results in the improvement of diabetes, but there are many differences in the research on the beneficial effects of many cardiovascular diseases. This paper introduces the role of FGF-21 in the development of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia and heart failure, and provides a new direction for the study of FGF-21 in cardiovascular diseases.
