Abstract:miRNAs are a class of highly conserved small molecules of about 18~24 nucleotides non-coding RNAs regulating gene expression by binding to the specific target gene mRNA 3′-UTR.It has been shown that miRNAs are related to the process of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, embryonic development, tissue and organ formation as well as the development of a variety of diseases.Recently, studies have shown that some miRNAs play an important role in regulation function of human endothelial cell.In this review,we focus on discussing miRNAs’role in the regulation function of human endothelial cell.
