    摘要:

    缺血性脑卒中是严重威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病,具有高致残率、致死率。目前常见的临床治疗主要集中在改善脑循环的多种措施,如溶栓、抗血小板聚集、抗凝、降纤、扩容等,其神经元的不可逆性损伤是治疗难以取得满意效果的主要原因。近年来,体外分离、培养具有自我更新、分化潜能的神经干细胞等相关技术逐渐成熟。越来越多的研究证据显示,将神经干细胞移植入缺血性脑卒中动物模型,能够达到有效治疗效果。本文就神经干细胞生物学特性、神经干细胞移植治疗缺血性脑卒中的机制及其进展方面进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Ischemic stroke is a common and frequently occurring disease, with high morbidity and mortality, which seriously threatens human health. At present, the common clinical treatment is mainly focused on various measures to improve cerebral circulation, such as thrombolysis, antithrombotic therapy, antiplatelet therapy, defibrinogen therapy, haemodilution and so on. The irreversible injury of neurons is the main reason for the difficulty of achieving satisfactory results. In recent years, the technology of isolation and cultivation of neural stem cells with potential for self-renewal and differentiation has gradually matured in vitro. More and more researches show that the transplantation of neural stem cells into ischemic stroke animal models can achieve effective treatment. In this paper, the biological characteristics of neural stem cells and the mechanism and progress of neural stem cell transplantation for ischemic stroke are reviewed.
