    摘要:

    心血管疾病如心肌梗死、慢性心力衰竭等是人类死亡的主要原因。现已明确脂代谢功能障碍、糖尿病等是心血管疾病发生和发展的重要危险因素。心肌结构的变化、Ca2+信号传导、细胞代谢、氧化应激、肾素-血管紧张素系统的激活和线粒体功能障碍都与心血管疾病的发生发展有关。自1989年发现β3肾上腺素受体(β3-AR)以来,研究者又陆续发现β3-AR与心血管疾病存在相关性,并且激动β3-AR可以调节脂代谢,改善心脏功能及重塑,预防和治疗心血管疾病。

    Abstract:

    Cardiovascular diseases, such as myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, are the main causes of human death. It is clear that lipid metabolic dysfunction, diabetes and so on are important risk factors for the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. Changes in myocardial structure, Ca2+ signaling, cellular metabolism, oxidative stress, activation of renin-angiotensin system and mitochondrial dysfunction are associated with the development of cardiovascular diseases. Since β3-adrenoceptor (β3-AR) has been cloned in 1989, the researchers have found that β3-AR is associated with cardiovascular diseases. β3-AR stimulation can regulate lipid metabolism, improve cardiac function and remodeling, therefore, perhaps prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases.
