    目的 观察2型糖尿病患者合并代谢综合征组分数目对血脂谱的影响。方法 回顾性分析3 750例2型糖尿病患者的代谢综合征患病率及合并不同代谢综合征组分的血脂谱进行分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者代谢综合征患病率为63%,其中男性1 268人(54%),女性1 087人(46%)。2型糖尿病患者合并代谢综合征常见组合中均包括血脂异常。血脂异常发生率为58%,其中男性1 322人(60%),女性864(40%)。并且随着代谢综合征组分数目的增加, 均显示总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平逐渐升高,高密度脂蛋白水平下降。结论 对于2型糖尿病患者尤其合并代谢综合征时不仅要控制血糖达标, 还要重视其他代谢组分异常如血脂达标, 从而减少患者心血管疾病的发生风险。

    Abstract:

    Aim To study the morbidity rate of metabolic syndrome (MS) in patients with type 2 diabetes and the effects of accumulation of MS components on blood lipid profile. Methods According to the recommendation of National Lipid Association, components of MS and blood lipid profile were observed and analyzed in 3750 patients with type 2 diabetes.Results Morbidity rate of MS in type 2 diabetes in our study was 63%, and there are 1268 men (54%) and 1087 women (46%), respectively. Dyslipidemia was included in the most common combinations of MS. Morbidity rate of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes in our study was 58%, and there are 1322 men (60%) and 862 women (40%), respectively. With the accumulation of MS components, the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) increased significantly, but the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) decreased gradually. Conclusions We should pay more attention not only to blood glucose, but also to lipid metabolism disorder in type 2 diabetes complicated with MS. By doing so, the cardiovascular risk of patients with type 2 diabetes will be decreased.
